Couldn't Load Gadget Error Message (Jira Mobile App, Android Phone)

• All dashboard gadgets and filters working fine via web browsers.

All dashboards gadgets (filter, pie chart) initially displayed properly on all mobile devices.

• Error message initially occurred on two dashboards (main project bug dashboards) w filter gadgets.. maybe 3 weeks ago? Working fine before then.
  • Android phone dashboard error message only.
  • iPhone dashboards display properly, no errors

I'm Jira Admin and Developer.. no changes to Jira dashboards

• Web browsers work fine.. iPhone works fine.. Android phone errors only 

>> Update 081623.. after uninstall and reinstall Jira mobile app, clearing phone cache..

Multiple project dashboards (filter gadgets) are now returning same error (only two dashboards w couldn't load gadget error previously).

• Some dashboards w filter gadgets do display gadgets w no error?
• Android phone error message only; iPhone no errors

All filters Jira mobile app are displaying correctly.. no errors.. just some dashboards (main project bug dashboard) w filter gadgets are returning errors

• When I hit refresh icon on gadgets, gadget information briefly flashes, then error displays

Please watch and vote for the ticket.

If can also raise a support ticket so that supper engineer can help with looking into it. Sometimes it's because of some wrong configuration, then support engineer will be able to fix it for you.

If it is working fine on the web then there is likely a bug in the apps and it is not a problem with your dashboard or filters specifically. If it's still not working you could ask JIRA support.
