Hi Jira Community,
I'm using the free cloud version and facing an issue with creating a new board. When I navigate to the 'Boards' list and click the 'Create board' button in the upper-right corner, nothing happens. This occurs for both team-managed and company-managed projects.
Has anyone experienced this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Hello @Mostafa
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Do I understand correctly that you have navigated to this URL on your Jira instance?
https://<yourJiraUrl>/jira/boards
And when you click the Create board button in the upper right corner you are not getting this pop-up?
If you are not getting this pop-up:
If you are getting that first pop-up, can you provide screen images and the details for each step you are taking - each button you click, each option you select?
Thank you very much,
furtunatly, with both private & different browsers, I could create a new board. I have not been creating a new board before.
Although I didn't block pop-ups & did clear my browser cache, I still can't create a board with Chrome; the pop-ups don't appear to me.
why?

I use Chrome, both standard and incognito windows, and have had no problems.
If Chrome Incognito works for you and other browser apps work for you that suggests that there is an extension or configuration applied to your Chrome standard browser that is blocking to pop-up.
You could use the built in Developer Tools to explore what is happening in the standard Chrome browser when trying to access that feature.

Hello @Mostafa ,
G'day, Welcome to Atlassian Community,
Can you confirm which option you are selecting for board creation?
Also I believe in team managed we cannot have multiple boards.
Best Regards,
Akhand
