Cross team efficiency

Hi there

My boss has me looking for a function on Jira where we can make some graphic representations to show the multi-team efficiency in different projects. Currently I can only locate most apps with the function to show the number of hours spent on individuals like a HR timesheet. But we are looking for something to show the number of projects a team is carrying at one point so the senior management would understand the workload of different teams so would be able to readjust the resources if needed.

Would there be any function in Jira that rights a bell to you? Or you would recommend any app that would do this job?

Hi @Johnny Wong 

Currently, there are some gadgets on Dashboard which show list all or selected projects. 

Firstly, you need to go to the Dashboard > Search gadgets by filter 'projects' > Select the gadget of projects that you want to use.
