Hello,
I'm just getting used to Jira. I created a few custom fields and let the ticket be created via a service request. Everything works so far.
Now I would like to reply to the customer within the ticket and would output the entire content of the ticket there. So via a pre-formulated answer with the appropriate variables.
But I can't read the variables from the custom fields. How can I automatically insert the data for this?

Hi! Custom fields aren't available as variables using JSM's out-of-the-box canned responses (see this docs article for a list of available variables), but this can be done with the Canned Responses Pro Templates for Jira app.
