ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS blocking access to Cloud JIRA

Hi all,

  Can you help? I'm setting up a new JIRA Cloud instance, and have added all the users I need. However, four users cannot login - when attempting to do so, they hit the issue ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS.

  Googling the issue, we've tried flushing all cookies and reconnecting without a VPN, but are still having the issue.

  Browsers are Google Chrome on Apple Mac and Windows machines.

All help appreciated - as of this point in time, our JIRA project is unusable.

We resolved this issue by removing the Atlassian from our Google profiles

• https://myaccount.google.com/security -> Apps with access to your account.
• "Revoke Access" for Atlassian under 'Signing in to other sites"

Thank you for sharing the details.

Are the users facing this issue when they try to login directly on xxxxx.atlassian.net?

Would it be possible to test logging in on id.atlassian.com?

I've checked some similar cases and most of the cases were newly created users, is this also your case?

Would it be possible to test accessing from other computer or their mobile?
