Ah, that's an odd type of error message that is not really an error message.
The 1HHYSHZ code is not something that tells us anything about the error. It is more of an issue identifier. Something Atlassian engineers can search for through the logs, error reports, and database for across many different Cloud instances.
It groups us together - every Cloud system that gets it has run into the same problem, probably at different times, maybe when doing different things. It's for identifying affected systems and people, and finding relevant info quickly, not for any explanation of what the error really is!
Hi @faiz.jumari / @Alex Koxaras _Relational_
Think I'm also seeing the same error message (occurring today) ...
Seems to only appear when you first navigate from the "backlog" board into the "active sprint" board - message doesn't occur when simply refreshing page ...

@Tim C it might has something to do with the latest incident https://jira-software.status.atlassian.com/incidents/zql6kff1bq42, which is yet to be resolved (same asnwer I gave to Faiz)

Hi @faiz.jumari and welcome to the community!
A screenshot of where this error appear would help us understand the problem better. Under what conditions this error is thrown? Is it after a user action on a workflow? Did he/she click somewhere on the header, or project menu? Does this appear when he/she tried to view an issue?
