I'm getting an error message that says Exception: Script error every time I try to run a report, and when I click the Atlassian Support link, I get stuck in an endless loop of windows switching back and forth to each other until I close my browser.
I went through support.atlassian.com, and got the same thing.I'll add some images inline here to show what happens.
1) I get this page:

2) I choose JIRA Software
3) I get this page:

4) I click Submit a problem to us.
5) The screen starts flashing from window to window again in an endless loop. I try to get screenshots of each step of the loop, but it keeps flipping pages so fast, I only end up getting two different images:

I am using Internet Explorer

Have you tried to access using the URL support.atlassian.com?
Please access it and raise a ticket support. Please remember to set you instance URL and more information about the error as error message and a full screenshot.
