I have some questions about Jira Software.
1) How I can do report about each worker of the project? How much hours he work.
2) How I can see the dates of open and close of each task?
3) How I can see a dashboard with all tasks concluded each date
4) Can I see the differenc between the hour plan and executed?
Yes, most of these can be reported on in one of the many reports that come with Jira Cloud
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/generate-a-report/
I would learn about those and try some out!
For the work log reporting, do you have Tempo?
Maybe, some of this information can help you:
1) You can track each user time using two kinds of tools: first of them apps for time logging (like Clockwork, and other with timesheets on MP), second ones - tools that let monitor time spending time without users actions like Time in Status for Jira Cloud by SaaSJet (it shows assignee time spend on each issue and time in status for assignee)
2) You can find this information inside the issue at the right corner at the resolution date.
4) You can try apps for SLA: Jira Service Desk (for support tickets) or SLA Time and Report (for Jira core and software issues)
About number 3, I don't know
Hope you will find solutions

Hello @Luiz Felipe Ferreira ,
Our team at OBSS built Timepiece - Time in Status for Jira app that can meet your needs about dates (and do more)
Time in Status mainly shows you how much time each issue spent on each status or assignee. It also has 4 types of date reports showing entry and exit dates for each status. You can also add issue fields to these reports including create, update, resolve dates.
You can see the dates in a timeline chart for each issue as well.
You can see the details about date reports here.

Apart from Jira standard reports, you can check Status Time app. It provides time spent on each status based on your working calendar. You define your working schedule into the app. Then, if the issue is opened on Friday at 5 PM and closed on Monday at 9 AM, cycle time based on your working hours will be calculated as a few hours rather then 3 days.
The app provides sum and average reports too. E.g average in progress time by issue creation week. You can check the online demo and play with it to see how it works.
Hope it helps.
