How can I add Outlook Email Msg directly from Outlook as an attachment to a JIRA EPIC/U.Story?

Currently, I'm having to download the email msg and then upload to the EPIC/User Story. However I want to be able to directly add it from Outlook.

Please help!

Jira Cloud for Outlook does the thing you're looking for!

One of its main features is called "Send to issue".

If you want to attach an email to the issue search for that issue in an input:

After you pick up an issue (whether it's a story or epic or any other issue type) you'll see that issue's details and a checkbox to let you add ad a comment:

Then you just click "Send" and you'll see the modal with a link to that particular issue.

And when you open a ticket you'll find an "Attached emails" piece with cards of attached emails which you can open for more details or delete if the email is not necessary for the issue:
