I am trying to get a result that show how many tasks I closed before the due date.

Example: I have start date, due date and launch date.

The Operator (person) start the task and finish before the due date. I need to count how many tasks this Operator closed before the Due Date.

Thank you.

Hi @David Garcia

May I suggest trying SLA Time and Report. With this add-on, you can track your SLAs for issues in Jira Cloud.

You can set SLA timer value and statuses when countdown should be turned on/off according to your issues workflow, projects, and priorities.

Also, you can generate SLA reports based on filters, export this data as XLSX or CSV file and process the extracted information. I think by generating those reports you can see how many tasks were closed before a certain point in time.

Hope, SLA Time and Report will improve your performance in Jira Cloud.
Let me know if this is helpful.

You should also see a Resolution Date in your system. Using the Created Date and Resolution Date you can calculate your actual time spent.

Thank you Shown, but this is the problem we do not use the Resolution date. Whne the Operator finish the task the customer swithc to Closed/Done on the workflow status.
