How can I export JIRA issues with attachments on JIRA Cloud?

Hi there,

We are using JIRA cloud & would like to export issues with all the data including attachment files.

Seems like JIRA hosting has some plugin to enable that scenario but couldn't find one for JIRA Cloud.

Does anyone know how to export issues with attachments on JIRA cloud?

Hi,

I am having the same issue. There is a checkbox for backing up with attachments, but it doesn't seem to work. I get an error message:

"Something went wrong. Unexpected error during export has occurred."

I have an open issue on this now with Atlassian support.  I was able to backup without attachments to a .zip file. The Atlassian technician was then able to backup the attachments separately.

Hi Akira,

As far as I know, there are no plugins for JIRA Cloud that allow you to export issues including attachments from the front end.
