How can I import a Kanban board to an Agile Board

without losing all the tickets we have or disrupting the team (they are currently using the Kanban Board)

I need to sawitch the team to Agile as Kanban doesnt' do everything we need it to do in order to be more effiecent.

How can i take the existing Kanban board...put it on a test environment (so I can test to see if it has everything we need and works) and then get it out there for the team to use.

Not losing tickets...is key here.

how did you import the Kandan Board into JIRA Agile?

new issue...i got the stuff in but I want to change the name AND i'm afraid to mess with ticxkets cause I think it will affect the actual issues being worked on...
