How can i show screen when i take task to sprint

Hi everyone.
İ had simple workflow Backlog| To do| In Progress|Done and added screen for definition of ready in transition Backlog-> To Do. I added listener to this transition, for the checking sprint status( when i add any task to sprint its change status from backlog-> To Do).
If i make manually transition Backlog->To Do its normally show me screen where i must make changes, when i add any task to sprint it's change status, but doesn't show any screen of definition of ready. How can i show screen evry time when i add task in sprint ?

Per your description, I understand you are using some kind of automation/listener (Maybe the inbuilt Jira automation) to transition an issue when it gets added to a determined Sprint, however, the transition screen does not display when the transition is done through that Automation. Is that correct?

If you are using the inbuilt Jira automation to do that, I'm afraid this feature does not trigger the transition screen indeed, although we have a feature request created to implement that functionality:

Manual trigger to open a custom screen to allow users to input extra options 

In that case, we suggest keeping an eye open in that feature request to know when we'll implement that option. As a workaround option, you could automatically fill the fields using the automation or add the fields as required on the screen, so the assignee would be required to fill the fields before adding it with the Sprint.

Altering the workflow is not possible for next-gen projects.

For classic projects you can have your Jira Admin add a transition screen so that whenever you go from a specific Status to another a screen pops up which you can edit fields which you specify.
