Hi,
We have set-up Jira Cloud back-up. Which is regularly being updated.
I would like to find out how I could cover the two below scenarios please:
1. Data loose.
In case of data loose, how do I restore the data from the back-up please?
2. Jira is down.
In event when Jira is completely down, we are unable to log tickets at all. What would be the best process to keep logging tickets in some offline mode and once its back up to transfer the data into live system?
I hope the above makes sense...
Many Thanks
@Tomasz Bis if you don't want spend time on maintaining internal solution you could always use dedicated platform like Gitprotect:

We have JIRA backup in Alfa version and full support for Bitbucket and other SCMs.
Hey @Tomasz Bis
We built Rewind for this exact problem - it's an automated backup and restore app for Jira Cloud. Your backups are stored in a separate, secure cloud, meaning they are accessible when Jira itself is down.

Hi @Tomasz Bis ,

I think you could also add ticket information in a csv that can be imported after Jira comes back online: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/import-data-from-a-csv-file/
