After installing Salesforce app in jira, when I tried to open Salesforce app by clicking on 'Apps' tab from the top of the page getting this message "No Salesforce connection available. The reason might be that there is no connection or none of the available connections is authorized". Not sure what's the reason of it.
You can now get the complete end to end integration of Jira and Salesforce with SINERGIFY !
Visit the webpage now: https://www.sinergify.com/
As far as I can tell, you are not the Jira admin, therefore you are not able to see the Connections page and so forth.
You might ask your Jira admin for admin access to the Jira or ask them to set up the Salesforce connection on your behalf.
Cheers!

@Saurabh Jain , welcome to the community.
Which app are you using? Were you the one that installed the app and configured it? If not I would reach out to that individual. Otherwise you might reach out to the vendor support page directly and or view the documentation under their support page.
