How to add "Easy Agile User Story Maps for jira"

Hi all,

Does anyone know why I can't use the "Easy Agile User Story Maps for Jira" for my Jira? When I try to add that app to my Jira account, it keeps processing and after 10 mins it failed. I have tried a lot of times and the same thing is happening. If anyone knows and can help I would really appreciate it.

I was able to install the app --  but the option to use it does not appear on my project Board and when I go into the app where I should be able to use a link, it says there are no boards there.

Hi Jodi, thanks for your question. The User Story Maps app will be looking for a scrum or kanban board. Could you please contact us via support@easyagile.com with the details of the type of Project you're using and we can go from there.

Do you have sufficient admin privileges (e.g. have you added any other apps before?) + does the same thing happen for other admins?
