How to add "Status" via "my defaults" column when too many fields share the keyword

I want to display the "Status" but when I select "my defaults" and type in "Status", we have many fields with the word "Status" in them, I.e. "Job Status" and "Epic Status" and "Course Content Status".  So I never see just "Status" because it's way down the list.

It says there are "6 more options, continue typing to refine further" but there's nothing more to type! "Status" is all I want but the list of all the other fields with "Status" in their name?

Short of renaming some fields, any way to force it show let me see "Status" ?
