We are in requirement to export all issues of a project and consolidate them in to a single excel file for the ease of sharing between the stakeholders of the project.
Excel file shall include data such as Issue ID, Reported Date, Priority, Reporter, Assignee, Status & Comments in separate columns.

you can search for all issues within a project. In the results lists select the columns you want to have in the Excel file usins the button "Columns".
With the action "Export" you will be able to export them to a CSV file (Export >> CSV (Current fields).
Import them into Excel.

It will allow you to open all issues in the filter in Excel even if there are more than 1,000.
