How to get just one daily summary email of all issues in one project?

I currently get an email with every update, but I have stakeholders that only need a single email that contains all of the day's activity in the project and don't need/want their inboxes flooded with activity emails. Is there a way of generating an automated simple report that get's delivered every day? Also how to unsubscribe from the individual email alerts?

Hi, Adrian.

You may use filter subscriptions to schedule emails to be sent to members of one group based on a JQL search, which you can use to filter for this project. You can filter even further with the updated parameter.
