How to set default value for Summary field in Jira (Cloud Version)

There is a way to set a default value for the summary field in Jira in the server version, but is there a way to do it in the cloud version?

@Kazuhiro Itoh You can use an external plugin. I can suggest using our solution - Dynamic Forms for Jira where you don't have to write a single line of code. It has a default value and the ability to conditionally set fields hidden/visible on a screen.
