How to use Ricksoft WBS Gnatt chart filters in JIRA dashboard

We are using Ricksoft WBS Gnatt chart for JIRA app. So all start and end dates are filled up in the Ricksoft gnatt chart. We need to create JIRA dashboard to show list of issues with their start and end dates. How to populate the start and end date fields of JIRA issue with the start date and end date filled in RIcksoft ? Or is there any way we can show the data from Ricksoft Gnatt in JIRA dashboard ?

Hello Sharmila,

By default, the WBS Gantt Chart uses the App's own database. The start and end dates are also managed using it. This can be converted to Jira's fields, so please refer to the following document to try it out.
