Just a heads up: On March 24, 2025, starting at 4:30pm CDT / 19:30 UTC, the site will be undergoing scheduled maintenance for a few hours. During this time, the site might be unavailable for a short while. Thanks for your patience.
×I used to be able to access a dashboard on my project and create but now the dashboard does not appear anymore, it is perpetually loading.
Moreover, when I click on "Create" it does not do anything anymore.
Hi @Nicolas Manson welcome to the Atlassian community.
May I request any error message or screenshot for better understanding.
When did you last faced this issue?
Do you have access to your organization Jira admin to check if any updates/ downtime or new application installation has caused this issue?
I would say, your first point of contact to be your in-house admin.
Hello, thank you for your answer.
Well, my administrator told me to contact you. I last faced the issue again right now, I have just checked.
Here is the screenshot when I try to access my dashboard. There is no error message, just nothing is appearing :
I can't give you a screenshot for the create bouton because there is no message appearing aswell.

I have checked on 2 Jira instances and not observing this issue. So, I would suggest please try to clear browser cache and check on multiple browsers or on another system with your login ID.
I believe that might fix the issue or to identify the cause.

On google chrome opened on my chromebook there is the issue.
But it is working when using JIRA on google chrome through Citrix (then on microsoft).
Could the chromebook be the issue ?

Hi Nicolas,
I had the same problem. The bug was self-repaired during the day.
