Hi, I was testing the tool in order to see if it fits our company workflow and
now I want to delete the acount and the site, the company will create a new one.
But when I try to delete it, I've got this message again and again:
Sorry, we couldn't deactivate Jira Software (Cloud). Please try again.
Is it possible to receive a more detailed feedback about this issue?

Once you don't pay anymore the cloud instance, in two or three weeks it's automatically deleted.
