Import a CSV into an existing project

This document on how to import CSV into a new project is fine.....but do I have to create a new project and import them then migrate them all to a pre-existing project?

Hi @Luke Franzelas , welcome to the Atlassian Community!

No you don't need to create a new project for this. The majority of the steps will still apply to you, but after you ave uploaded your CSV, there is a screen that gives you the option to select the project which you would like to import your issues into

Thank you for your answer. But could you please explain in more detail? I don't see option to choose the existing project with the new import wizard. Only to create the new one. With the old import I'm able to choose the existing project and proceed with the import.
