Impossible to add plugin Enterprise Mail Handler for Jira (JEMH)

Dear all,

We have a free jira instance on which we would like to install the plugin JEMH cloud fro different tests.

When requesting it from the Find new app section, then afer clicking on Try it, it start to try to install and then stop without any error and plugin is not installed

Any idea what could be wrong or does others meet same scenario ?

we did not get any error, this is the wierd things.

Simply it stop

Hi Serge,

This should "just work", and we have tested that it does so using a new cloud site. Please can you open a support request with Atlassian?
