In Portfolio, how do I allow update automatic updates from Agile to Portfolio but not from Portfolio to Agile

I want to set up my plan so that any updates to the Epic Name and Description plus Original and Remaining Estimates are updated from JIRA Agile to Portfolio but not the other way around without explicitly pressing a button that tells me I'm doing that.

I had the settings to synchronise everything for a while but realise that updating estimates in Portfolio overrides existing estimates in Agile without warning.

currently updating in this direction is not yet supported.

A tighter integration with JIRA Agile is one of our highest voted feature requests and we have been working on it for a while now by implementing a new type of plan. https://jira.atlassian.com/projects/JPO/issues/JPO-42

A quick update on this: Live plans are now available for everyone in labs mode as part of Portfolio 1.12!
