Hello! the status page is saying everything is up, but I cannot create tickets in Atlassian support, and our cloud instance is giving error when trying to check any issue. The error is the same as when you lose access to the project, yet when checking the permissions schemes they all seem good.
We're experiencing the same issue - it isn't just your instance.
At least in my instance the problem seems to be fixed, it is extremely slow but now users can see and browse issues.

Same here. Dev tools console is full of 502 (Bad Gateway) and 404 (Not Found) errors.

HI @Doug Cardona ... it looks like it. As we were not able to access the current service management cases, we logged out of the app (Service Management and Confluence) and then logged back, but then it had an Internal Server Error.
However, the login for this community website worked OK.
