Is there a mobile friendly way to collect issues ?

Many of our reporters use mobile devices and have complained that they are unable to log an issue via a issue collector page. The screen does not resize properly. Is there another way we can do this besides using the app ? Our reporters are not users.

Actually the app is not developed by Atlassian what means that is a non official app.

Atlassian applications are mobile friendly accessing via browser.
