Is there a way to set all URLs in the project to be inline by default?

Recently Jira made a change, and instead of rendering URLs inline by default, it displays a full URL. This means I have to adjust the URL to be inline every time after creating a ticket which is very inefficient.

The image you have pasted is showing the link using the "Display Inline" option. This is how Jira behaves by default.

If you are asking to change that default to display the URL instead (i.e. display https://.....) there currently is not an option to change that default. There is a change request about it.
