Issue can't be created due to the error/s [ Due Date is required. ]

hi , please help me about this i want import csv and create issue but i cant , could you please help me?

Hi @mahi kamal 

You probably have 'Due Date' set as a required field in your instance or project. Is 'Due Date' required when you manually create a ticket in the project?

yes its a required field but i cant create issue how to solve the problem?

@mahi kamal ,

You will have to make sure every issue in your csv file has a due date. Since it's required there is no other way.

thanks i solve my problem , actually i import csv issue but we have to external project and after that we can do  import csv

You have set the field as mandatory, so you have to fill it in.

That includes having to provide it when importing issues.  You'll need to provide a due-date for every issue you are trying to import.
