JIRA Cloud Tempo install error

I imported the backup from JIRA Server and then installed the "Tempo Timesheets-Time Tracking & Reports" app. An error occurs during the installation. I only get the message "It might just be a hiccup. Try again in a bit." Tempo says that no instance entry has yet been created in the Tempo database.

Hi @Manuel Kübler ,

Please find the below link for the solution to add-on error. This happens because of the restoration backup file from server to cloud.
