[JIRALabs] Kanban with backlog is not working

Hello,

When I create a Kanban Board and switch to have the backlog feature it just fail, my backlog is a mess. Please, check this feature and open an internal ticket to resolve this bug.

Do I have a way to use this backlog feature in our kanban?

What is the support ticket?  We're getting ready to upgrade to 7.2, but this is a deal breaker for us - need to understand which version introduced this so we can assess what version we will upgrade to (if there's no workaround).
