×Hello everyone,
We are using JIRA Cloud app for Microsoft Teams. When an issue is created on JIRA, it sends a notification to the Microsoft teams channel. Last 4 days, It hasn't been sending notifications. I changed nothing in the integration and configuration. It is still not working.
Here is the configuration,
I didn't understand the problem, I would be glad if you help
Hi Kemal,
We have found this to be an issue on the Microsoft side and are waiting for them to have it resolved. The webhooks being sent out from Jira are basically encountering a 400 Error.
We are also in talks with the Microsoft team to get it resolved at the earliest.
Hello Danish M,
I am glad to hear that. We are waiting for it to be solved. Thank you!

Hi @Kemal Mutlu
I've been having this issue for the last week or so, but I was able to get it working again. It seems that all my notifications were turned off, however, I didn't turn them off.
Send yourself a test ticket, and you should start to receive notifications again

Hello, we are starting to use Jira Server extensions. It is working very well. I think the problem is because of the Jira Cloud extension. @Genaro Mancini @Alejandro Molero

Yes, you are right. We receive the messages via chat correctly, the problem is with the messages in the public channels through the connector and hooks.
