Jira Excel Add-In not loading (2023)

Hi Atlassian,

I've been using Jira Cloud for Excel for some time now.
This morning, Excel told me it had problems loading plugins.
It would appear on the desktop version, the plugin is not loading.

I found a previous article that suggests it's something central on your side.
The web version of O365 doesn't have any trouble running it.

I've tried reinstalling from the Atlassian store and it just stalls at the Loading stage.

I've tried deactivating the plugin from my profile - it reactivates okay via O365 web, but no change on the Desktop version.

It would appear to now be back ?  As I'm not aware of any changes my end then did something  get fixed on Atlassians side ?
