Jira Report of All Assignee Changes per Issue

How can I create a Jira report of all assignee changes per issue with date of change and assignee?

I am trying to generate a report by Key of the Assignee changes, Original Value, New Value, and Update Date.

Is there a way to query the History tab? Thanks.

Is viewing the History tab not a viable option? And if not, why not?

Hi Phyllis,

As far as I know this is not possible without extra plugins or custom coding. You can see the assignee changes in the activity tab of your issue, but there's no real way of seeing this in a report.

Thanks. Can you suggest where I can find information about custom coding or extra plugins? I don't mind coding in SQL or JQL to extract this info.
