Hi,
I'm looking for a new audit log for Jira cloud.
I want to be able to see all user changes in the system.
Additionally, I would love to have filter options, as well as notifications.
Is anyone familiar with an add-on or an app from the Atlassian market place?
Thanks
Hi @Dana.Harel
We use eazybi reporting and have rest API calls to report on the audit information. Here are the instructions: https://community.eazybi.com/t/useful-reports-for-jira-administrators-from-the-jira-audit-log/8511

Hi @Dana.Harel
Whatever tool you decide to try, please note there appear to be problems with the existing audit log and underlying API that generates it such that all events are not accurately visible/recorded. You may see that as site admin by looking at the log and seeing missing information for who-did-what on some changes. I recommend doing this first to learn if what you want to know is accurately recorded by the built-in features.
If you have already have a log file viewer (e.g. SumoLogic) you can set up a webhook to push out any changes to the audit log and build the reports you need in the log viewer. This would also help with the logs aging out of view over time within Jira.
Kind regards,
Bill

Hi @Dana.Harel and everyone!
We have just released a new plugin that might be helpful for this - User Activity Audit Log | Atlassian Marketplace. Feel free to give it a try and we'll be glad if it satisfies your requirements. And if not - please write us and we'll make sure to react accordingly by tailoring the plugin to your requirements.
Best regards,
Gia
