Did you correctly integrate GitHub with your Jira instance?
This guide should have everything you need!

If you have followed that guide and you are still facing issues please reply to this post!
Don't forget that for a Jira ticket to be able to track commits, branches and PR's; the branch should include the issue Key in the name.
