Hi,
I need to find a solution on how to visualize the backlog based on the statuses.
Currently there's an Active Sprint for the Sprint Development, but we also want to have a "design sprint" phase as the part of backlog refinement process.
I understand that there is a quick filter feature to filter the backlog by the status (such as "On Product Design" and "On Design Review"), but because we do the backlog refinement as "design sprint", so it could be much better if we can have it visualized in such a kanban board.
So, is it possible to have such a separated kanban for the Backlog Management?
you might want to consider creating a new board of the Kanban type and have it based on a filter that retrieves the statuses that falls under Backlog definition for you. then configure the board columns to have each status in a separate column.
this way you can do your backlog refinement on the kanban board view and assign tickets to specific Sprints.
Hope the above helps.
