Hi @Meghraj Khedkar,
I'd like to introduce an alternative to what Dirk Ronsmans already suggested.
Our app External Data for Jira Fields is able to fetch data from MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Oracle, IBM Db2 as well as Snowflake SQL.
Please note though that we are only able to fetch data from an SQL database, not write to it. In our documentation you can find multiple use cases.
If you want to give it a try you can find our app via this Link to the Atlassian Marketplace.
Regards,
Thomas
(Please note: I work with the vendor of this app.)
Definitely plenty of apps available :)
I was just pulling from experience, @Meghraj Khedkar be sure to browse the marketplace and install a trial if you find a good one.

Hi, Thanks @Thomas Opiolka - codefortynine and @Dirk Ronsmans will surely browse the marketplace and see what can be done.
Will connect you back if anything required.
Regards,
Meghraj

Hey @Meghraj Khedkar ,
What exactly is your use case to connect your cloud system to a SQL database?
Do you need to load data in to issues ? Do you wish to import something?
You can look at the marketplace for something like https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/23337/elements-connect-external-data-fields?hosting=cloud&tab=overview but knowing your use case might help in coming up with a proper answer/solution.

Our requirement is very simple where we have to fetch 3 or 4 rows from the database, is there any inbuilt function

No build in function I'm afraid, you'll have to look towards any of the marketplace apps.
