Not able to attach files in JIRA tickets

Just had this happen to me:

File "Move_Delete_Button.PNG" was not uploaded

An error occured while attaching Move_Delete_Button.PNG: com.atlassian.jira.issue.attachment.store.media.MediaApiStreamAttachmentStore$FailureMediaApiResponseException: [AttachmentUploadFailure] Could not upload temporary attachment Failure: Failure{cause=java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out, reason=TRANSPORT_ERROR, message='null', httpStatusCode=null}

Same here. Tried multiple file types and in Edit mode as well. Same error every time. I guess we'll wait for Atlassian to respond?
