Hello @lnreddy_darukumalli

Third party apps are billed based on the number of licensed users on the instance where the app is installed. You cannot purchase fewer licenses for just the app.

Hi @lnreddy_darukumalli

If you’re looking for a Planning Poker solution for just one team, Atlassian Marketplace apps are typically billed based on the total number of users in your Jira instance, not just the specific users who need the app. This means that if you have a 1000-user Jira license, most paid apps will require a 1000-user license as well.

However, if you’re looking for a cost-effective solution for one to two teams, there’s a fully-fledged free version of Planning Poker available that includes 31 estimates per week:

👉 Smart Guess – Free Planning Poker for Jira

This could be a great option for your team to try without incurring additional costs. Let me know if you have any questions!
