We are running an enterprise instance of Jira Premium with a lot of users.
One on of my projects, all users but one have the "Plans" menu. This particular user reported he couldn't access the plan I had saved for the team, and after screen-sharing I realized the menu isn't even visible for him. He has the same level of access as all other users on the team within the project, as well as is overall account within this Jira instance. I have been unable to find any settings I could toggle to grant this access anywhere.
Can someone point me in the right direction?
@jamie.wells In Plans -> Settings -> Advanced Roadmap Permissions -> against Advanced Roadmap User, please check if that group (user is member of ) is selected.
Perfect - thank you. I found the group he was missing.
