I need to refine our resourcing with my team members working on multiple projects/clients. Issues and priorities keep changing and fire fighting mode is always on. Few folks are super busy while few are not utilized properly. Also, we struggle to track of the real issues and big picture. Any JIRA plugin (free) which might help?
