Can you please let me know what I should do to resolve this error?

In other cases integration TestRail-Jira works good. For example I can add tasks without problems. Screenshot

hi, i have the same issue "Plugin "Jira_Cloud_REST" returned an error: Invalid HTTP code (404). Please verify the address of your JIRA installation in the configuration settings and that TestRail can reach your JIRA server". Please can you help me for solve this?
