Problem connecting Jira cloud to FreshService

Hi,

I have before connected FreshService to Jira cloud via API key without issues but on my new job I cannot get this to work... I am testing with my own user in Jira which has all admin rights and have recreated the API key a number of times in the tests in FreshService.

Anybody who has ideas how to get it to work?
