Problem with install plugin timesheets

Hello. When installing any timesheets application, we have this problem:
«A long-running task has been initiated by another user. To avoid conflicts, you will not be able to update apps until this task has completed.
Waiting for app licenses to be updated».

After that, the app is deleted after some time. We just can't take the trial, because the app is deleted after a few minutes on this issue. Apps just don't install at all for some reason.

tried to install: tempo timesheets and timesheet reports and gadgets.

Hi Artyom,

this error has been seen in the past when there were some billing issues as for the site. Please double check and in case it is unclear you should check with Atlassian Support like mentioned earlier.

Hi Aliosha

On this site, I was told that everything is fine on their part. We need a check from your side. I have free access to Jira, I understand I need to apply here or where?

As my colleague communicated in the ticket you added to our support portal, we have checked your instance in our backend and could not find any problem. As you cannot install other plugins as well you need to contact Atlassian Support for further assistance.
