We have Jira version 7.2.3 on linux running on a server that is partly corrupted. The corruption prevents us from upgrading Jira...
The database, config files and other files are still accessible ok, and Jira is actually running ok.
We want to move to a new linux (ubuntu) server where we can then upgrade to the latest Jira.
Identifying what we presume are the correct steps would be:
1) Install Jira same version, i.e. 7.2.3, on the new ubuntu server
2) Move the database and files over
3) Validate
4) Upgrade to newer Jira
But, on the download page for older Jira versions we could not find any 7.2.3 version (or any 7.2.x). What would you reccomend?
Hi,
Please check this link.
https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/download
Click on "All server versions"-->"view all versions"--> select 7-->7.2-->7.2.3

Note that 7.2 is out of order in the selection box at the moment (this is because of a patch that was retro-fitted after later versions were release)

Thanks, do we know if it will become available again?
