Hi Nicole, it would be very difficult to answer w/o understanding what you mean by fail. Could you explain? could you screenshot the config and the resulting stream? Ultimately if it is truly broken then contacting Atlassian Support would be the right path as they can log in and have a look if needed.
Hi Jack,
every morning when I log into JIRA Cloud, the activity stream gadget is empty and says there has been no activity lately.
The settings are default.
Limit to 10 objects and update every 15 minutes.
It's strange, because in another JIRA Cloud instance of us it works with the same settings.

Disclaimer - i rarely use Activity Stream for various reasons so i'm no expert.
That said, where are you accessing the Activity stream? Is it on a dashboard or elsewhere? When you edit it what do you see? Can you share screenshot?

Yeah, it's on multiple dashboards.
My screenshot is in German. At the moment it works after we installed the
What also is a little bit weird. Because I did not add the gadget to my dashboard

can you translate the Filter for me? I wonder if there is something in there that would explain it? Also, you might try simply removing the gadget and re-adding. It has always "worked" for me but as I said I don't pay a lot of attention to it so I can't say how well it works. just that i see lots of updates. :-)
Let me re-ask - what do you mean by "fail"? Does nothing display when changes are made? Do the changes fall w/in the scope of the filter used in the AS?

I can only tell tomorrow if removing and adding the gadget works. At the moment it does work.
Nothing is displayed and we do not restrict with filters.
Thanks for the help anyway. I will get back to you tomorrow

So let me ask the obvious. Has there been any updates recently that would get recorded in activity stream? What happens if you update an issue or page? I’m running out of ideas here.
