×In a Jira Kanban dashboard (Classic Project), when an issue is automatically transitioned from ToDo to In Progress when a user create a branch, or even in other scenario (like moving the issue from In Progress to Code Review, or transitioning from Code Review to Staging after a Merge), we receive an notification email from Anonymous (Jira) <jira@gaffiliation.atlassian.net> instead of the user name who initiated the action.
What can be the possible causes of this? How can we fix this ?
I ran the Notification Helper and all seems good.

The workflow triggers matches Jira user with their email address. This is the process:
Process: The user initiating the event in the development tool is mapped to a Jira user by matching the email address, then the username, i.e.

thanks for the answer and sorry for the late reply.
So finally we add to reach Atlassian support so they change a primary email on a user account so that it matches these rules. It was the only way to solve our issue, there were no mean to do it from our end, even as an admin.
