We started using Automated Log Work app in our company to track time spent on issues. We would like the app to log time for not completed tasks as well, e.g. for the ones where timer is paused at the moment, but we need the time spent on the ticket to be reflected in the reports already.
There are few tickets which where In Progress for some time and now timer is paused but time is not logged for them, while other tickets have logged time for them in the same scenario.
Can anyone suggest what might be the reason for this?
